This picture is an Inclined Slip Base in which the Dent Bolts™ were installed. By installing the Dent Bolts™ in this type of widely used base system the base is changed from a one direction breakaway base to an Omni-directional base system. The above picture is a sign which was retrofitted after impact in Bismarck, North Dakota and the day after instillation, with stood 93 mile per hour recorded winds. It has been in place for 6 years to date with out problems of any kind. There have been many impacts through out the United States using the Dent Bolt™ on this type of base on both single and multiple posts and ground anchor damage after impact has almost been stopped thus saving expensive replacement costs.
